If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund, or credit. The jewelry must arrive in pristine condition, in the original packaging, and with the receipt within 10 days of receiving your order.
If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge, if any.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received.
Custom and engraved items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or credit.
To return or exchange an item please contact us at to make arrangements for returning your item. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and shipping instructions along with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
